Precautions for the construction of aluminum-magnesium-manganese roofs
The construction procedures of the aluminum-magnesium-manganese roofing system should be arranged to be continuously completed in an independent construction section. In the construction of the roofing project, if there is a project construction that is higher than the roof in the adjacent area, the construction should be started after the wet work of the adjacent project is completed to protect the roofing project from being damaged or being used as a supporting surface for scaffolding. The aluminum-magnesium-manganese roofing system shall be started after all the processes of its supporting members are completed.
Construction process: roofing positioning → purlin support plate installation → purlin installation → aluminum alloy T-shaped fixed seat installation → lightning protection installation → 200mm thick glass wool insulation layer installation → aluminum-magnesium-manganese alloy roof panel → flooding and roof panel closing construction → Gutter and cornice → roof skylight, etc. treatment → handover and acceptance.
Installation Precautions
Installation of purlin pallets:
The purlin pallet is the basis for the connection between the grid ball joint and the roof system, and is the main component for adjusting the installation error of the grid. The height of the purlin pallet should be determined according to the measurement data obtained when the roof is placed on site. Only in this way can the roof purlin have enough adjustment space. The purlin support plate and the ball joint bracket are connected by welding, and the welding point must be polished during welding, and the protective coating of the grid is protected from damage during the welding process.
Installation of purlin (c-shaped steel, z-shaped steel):
The purlins (c-shaped steel, z-shaped steel) are arranged horizontally or vertically according to the roof. The purlin and the purlin are connected by welding. Before welding, check whether the top surface of the purlin being installed is flush with the top surface of the adjacent purlin, such as the unevenness should be adjusted, and the top surface height difference of adjacent purlins (c-shaped steel, z-shaped steel) should be within 3~5mm. The cross section and placement direction of the purlin (c-shaped steel, z-shaped steel) at the gutter should be distinguished to prevent installation errors. After installing the purlins for each node, install the tie rods and purlin supports in time to form a stable purlin structure system.
